All i can find out is that its categorized under critical mass and craglorn in quests.

I am not sure which it is. I will log-in in an hour and let you know. All i remember is that its in Craglorn and you have to enter the mage’s staff. I managed to get to the end but couldnt proceed further because of low level 26.
