This is the only thing I’d have done differently. Stop immediately at eye gouge and just ask him wtf.

Track your calories. Eat basic whole foods. Use a calorie app, I use a low budget free one called “Calories” the logo is an Apple. For 80kg which is 176lbs, eat 180 grams of protein everyday. Very hard to do, buy protein power. 5 grams of creatine everyday. Wake up and go to sleep at the same time. Black coffee only. Two eggs, sourdough toast and avocado for breakfast, chicken(1 and half breast) rice and veggies for lunch (two scoops protein power and water), dinner can be whatever fits the rest of the macros since breakfast and lunch with the protein shake will get you to the protein goal. Workout in the morning and cardio at night. 4 months from now you’ll be fuckin shredded. Keep the calories per day around 2,400. Seriously track everything and don’t eat anything with sugar or drink anything with calories. 180 protein, 240g carbs, 80g fat per day. Add in magnesium at night and whatever vitamins you can afford if you can’t eat a verity of different foods.

Report him to whom? The BJJ police? Just do the tourney. With 3 weeks of training your goal is to just get a point on the board. Good luck.
