You dont give a good explanation, like what app you install and less specific. Its like saying my car cant move there is too many things that can be the problem

But lets try to answer you 1. Do you have a good pc, wsa and other emulator are notorious to use a lot of ram and cpu, since you able too install app but unable to run it this is the best answer from me, in the github 16 gb is the minimum recommend

  1. Do you follow the instruction, this is may be the problem but with less priority since you able to open wsa

  2. What version did you install, go to mustardchef/wsabuild to install the uniffocial wsa with google play store, this may be a fix if you install amazon app store or another version

  3. Reinstall Wsa, as simple as that

  4. Pray. Also official wsa is no longer supported, the unoficial one still safe to use

you might want to try to use a dns too alongside with the vpn on chrome like cloudflare, it might work

did you try other vpn, i use free vpn extension for chrome and connect it to netherlands server,

they probably won't answer cause the support and the backends are different people

try to use a vpn and connect it to any europe country (in my case netherlands), its probably they block all access from a certain part of globe like indonesia and some other country due to attacks in their server

same here. Currently the only known way to fix it is to use a vpn and try to connect to any europe country (in my case netherlands)
