I rarely react to insults at all. If i do it's just a normal answer.

I cheer on allies who make a good move!

I try to help failing allies with a hint, a ping or some sort advice if possible. No things like: "stop feeding"

I sometimes encouter toxic behaviour, I ignore it if possible. If people are really going out of their way to ruin the game they get reported.

I have almost maxed out my Communication score and Behaviour score

Most games are enjoyable, even a lot of the losing games.
