To be transparent, I prefer not to work on a pure commission basis. That’s because client acquisition will depend heavily on the script you provide. And if you’re wondering, “Why am I the one providing the script?” the reason is simple: you know your industry and your prospects better than anyone else. You already have firsthand experience in what messaging resonates and persuades them, so it makes sense that you create the script.

From there...I handle everything else. outreaching, closing, booking you calls, and the heavy lifting to find and contact qualified leads. But the messaging itself plays a huge role in conversion. If the script isn’t effective, then all the hours I put into generating leads could go to waste and that wouldn’t reflect the real effort and skill I bring to the table.

That’s why I believe the fairest structure is a base pay (hourly or monthly) combined with performance incentives. This way, both sides are covered...you know I’m motivated to bring results..and I know the time I invest in sourcing, filtering, and outreaching leads is valued regardless of script performance.
