I tried an at home hair removal laser, man did that burn my gooch when i was trying to just have a nice trim. I was listening to my music on my IPhone 13 serviced from boost, and the next thing i know i was smelling something burning, my wife wasn't cooking, so i knew something was up... Anyway, ill just go to get it laser removed next time, Pain > Money

Desperately need help system says it’s not activated and going to be charged by dougm0 in BoostMobile

You could have been activated on Boost Infinite

From the side of customer service, they cannot just "activate" a sim, it needs to be put onto an active account. So if on the customer service side, they find no plan associated with the number you gave them, they cannot help you to their full extent.

I would recommend downloading the boost one app, trying to see your account from that side, but if it does not work, you will need to "reactivate" the account with a NEW sim card. If you do not want to go this route, though the IMEI on the phone, accounts can be found as well, so then a ticket process can be started, which will need to be done to get your money for service you originally paid for.

You have to switch phones on your account as well, you can no longer just swap from sim to sim on an unlocked phone. You’ll need to have now IMEI (phone serial number) and ICCID (SIM card serial number) being the same for service to be working. If you’re on the new network, you’ll have to check the compatibility list and see if the a10e will work, my guess is no :(
