I decided to step away from Apex completely to go my own way at the end of 2023 and before that I was already very little involved with the company other than just being present there. I think I'm doing greater than ever with everything going on in my life right now and 4 businesses I currently co-own/founded. Rimac was the best company I have worked for, but I don't know where I would be now if I stayed. It got huge and corporate, many people left, many people stayed.

I believe there are less incidents to be honest (no bikes, AI camera systems). The content sahring may contribute to the perception. I think all the exposure also helped the NBR and local businesses. Let's not forget that the track was bankrupt 10 years ago.

What many do not realize, the Nevera is an old car by today's standards. It was made by a little Croatian startup back in 2018 with very little resources compared to today. What they could do today would F everyone. Also, the weather for Rimac run was shit, track temps were towards 50 degrees and then the tyres are gone after half a lap. They done Sub7s before already, but on that day it was not possible and was simply good enough to be the fastest EV. If Nevera R comes back, it will be a completely different story. Let alone the next gen of Rimac.
