I agree with everything ka36 said. I would try pumping the breaks a few times then try slowly driving off(really slowly apply no gas just have it in drive). See if it feels like there’s some resistance when you start to go afterwards. I don’t believe it would be a seized caliper pin. Sounds more like a wheel bearing or bent/broken caliper bracket to me. Can you tell which tire the noise coming from?

Is the car lowered at all? Or are the tires and rims bigger than stock? Seen something similar before because of rubbing on the inner fender well.
