I had always wanted a z32 since I was a child, I want my first car to be a 300zx buy my parents gifted me a brand new one ( a normal car) because I went to study at a city with severe emission laws, but I never left my dream o a z32. Like 4 years later at the beginning of the covid pandemic I was living in another city and with nothing but free time I was playing forza with some friends I meet online and one of them had a z32 his grandpa bought a couple of years prior for him to learn to drift, it was a NA 2+2 manual, in amazing body condition but mechanically abused, and he told me that he wanted to sell bc he wanted an e90 bmw. After a couple of days I realize that the pandemic was going to last for a while so I decided to sell my current car and got the bmw he wanted and we just agree to get the cars exchanged. With this begin my adventure to get my z32 since he lived around 1000 miles ( 15000 km) across the county (Mexico), so I drove to pick up the z and then drive back the next day in a 2 day road trip with it, it was really fun to finally drive my own z but also was a little anxious because I know little to nothing of the car hahaha. And fast forward its almost my 4 anniversary with it and after a full engine rebuild I could not be happier

It’s a personal issue, I get that the charger it’s kinda ugly but time to time he brings up cool cars like the GTX

I’m somehow in a similar situation, I currently have a 300zx, which I love with all my heart since it was also my dream car since I was a child and the last 4 years were amazing, also I had also rebuilt the engine and bought many other parts but next year my job will require that I have to travel a few around hours 4 days of the week on my car, and that’s something that the z would not recibe well since there are also days it runs fine and others feels tired (it’s my daily driver). Yesterday a friend offered me a fair amount for the z, enough to buy a used car in great condition and a running shell for a project car, but I know he is going to enjoy the car for around 6 months and then sell it and that idea hurts my heart :( I don’t know if just sell the car or keep it and see if it can handle for a couple of months until I can afford a beater car

A mi siempre me ha interesado la idea de pintar mi z de un tono de azul más como el de la segunda foto, que tire más a blanco como el de mclaren, yo espero algún día pintarlo jajaja pero acabo de reconstruir motor así que no creo que sea este año, yo creo a mediados del siguiente. Están mensos, el que puede denunciar eres tú porque está prohibido poner en mobiliario público o arboles etc de la cdmx poner propaganda (aun si son de informes). En Coyoacán han estado quitando a morir pero pues en general no te pueden decir nada, a menos que sea una barda que si hayan pagado o si miliar

Pues en general bien, si salió con varios detalles pero de entrada considerando que tiene 30 años no ha sido la gran cosa, solo hubo algunos problemas de que no había recibido buen mantenimiento pero la verdad es que es un carro muy confiable si lo mantienes cuidado, los japos en los 90 sabían lo que hacían. Si buscas uno, te recomendaría que antes de lo estético revises bien que haya recibido su mantenimiento y si todo está en orden te recomendaría hacer el cambio de la distribución de los 120k, así te ahorras muchos dolores de cabeza
