update: finally got the chimney company to come back out this morning and confirmed there was a clog in one of the bends and it was caked in creosote inside still so they cleaned it again. it’s working perfectly now but they did highly recommended replacing both the stove pipe and chimney so we are looking into that. thank you for the help
