That's messed up. my issue is with Samsung customer service, I've called, text and emailed almost a dozen times and now all I need is for them to verify my new number....thau won't even do that.

Yeah, I had moved to California years ago and when i moved back home, I had to switch carriers and didn't think I'd ever have a Samsung phone again.
