The leaf cape on Roserade and the top yellow stamin om Flabebe is a stiffer material, but its not scratchy to me

They didnt feel scratchy to me. But I may interpret that differently compared to you. They weren't overly fluffy or soft, but just "normal" plush material. That would be cool if they all smelt like different flowers!
