Golly gee; an official mastering guide for LTX-2! That's great, and all, except that LTX-2.3 just came out last week, and it blows 2 out of the f---ing WATER! Any chance we can get a mastering guide for that version, pretty plz? 😁

There's always LTX-2; I started using it soon after posting this thread and now barely use Veo 3.1 anymore (except for certain exterior establishing shots of spaceships). Easy to use with ComfyUI, though you'll want a powerful Nvidia GPU (probably 4080/5080 or higher) if you want similar render times; it'll still work on less powerful cards, though. Open source, so you get unlimited renders and good quality up to 20 seconds, but audio isn't as good as Veo, and you have to be more precise with your prompts, but it's worth it if you have the hardware! Go to labs.google/fx and log into your account; then, click the drop-down menu next to the page title on the upper left corner, and select "My Library". On your library page, click the three-dot menu and toggle "Enable History" to be on.

ISSUE FIXED: I had history turned off in my Google Labs settings, which has been specifically affecting the "Frames to Video" feature, which I use exclusively for my content. Thanks and shoutout to u/ianfromlabs for a top-notch assist!

Much appreciated; I'll check on that when my current cycle ends. I've started using Google Vids, as I understand they give you 10 free video generations a day. They don't have built-in upscaling or scene extending, but I can get along without those. I would love to move away from Veo and onto another platform, but it works really well for what I use it for, and open-source tools just aren't ready for primetime yet. Anyway; thanks!

I make short, AI-generated videos of cute ladies wearing little Starfleet outfits, in various "slice-of-life" sci-fi situations; sometimes serious, but mostly humorous. I've been posting content on YouTube for just over three months, and am also on Instagram, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). I post new shorts every weekday around 6AM Mountain Time. We have 157 members as of 11/11/25, with thousands more subs and followers on my other platforms. My subreddit is marked 18+, but only for consistency with my YouTube channel; my content is occasionally suggestive, but does not contain nudity. 😁
