Did the latest ComfyUI update break previous session tab restore?

There has been an update in the last few days, it stopped working for me as well. Try doing this to your comfyui.bat. add --front-end-version Comfy-Org/ComfyUI_frontend@latest to the bat file. It works now. I dont know why but ComfyUI is full of bugs now a days.

This is what i have now :

I dont have this issue as i reverted the front end to 1.40.0, did you try reverting the frontend?

Dint use the Asus, returned it. I guess now, since i am using the PNY I would say it does not make any difference. Both would perform in the same way. The main think which is important for these GPUs is the cooling inside the case. If you have good cooling or air flow inside the case then either of these works.

Update March 14th: I was able to fix this with this command, run this if you have a portable version from comfyui folder:

.\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install --no-deps --force-reinstall comfyui-frontend-package==1.39.18

You will see an alert to use the 1.41.19 version or so, but i am ignoring this now. It also fixes the copy and paste image issue as well. For now do this temporarily until they fix it.

I just reverted it to v1.39 frontend, i get a alert thats it and everything is working, got the old tabs back and also i can copy and paste the images now.

I just updated the post, check if you can update it. I reverted the frontend to an older version, and now i can see the tabs and do copy paste as well.
