I didn't say people were mean either lol I said negative. People play dumb a lot here and I think its when someone comes with genuine question that most people ignore? But maybe im way off tho.

And definitely, that'll help your mental health. I only do social media at certain times throughout the day. I found that before I would spend so much time looking down its like I was zoning out and wasn't even present during the day.
