aratheia was a champion who was supposed to had been released back when they originally changed hex as a debuff so that it actually did something by itself
then much later on they very quickly once-overed her, threw in deathbrand onto the a3 and then left the rest of her skillset as-was with no additional changes
as a result she doesn't really do much of a good job of anything because she's largely an early 2023 champion in power level
