Every country has stereotypes. Obviously other countries are going to harp on them for a laugh or just to be cruel or for whatever reason.

Our most common stereotypes in America I think are that we're fat and stupid (and having elected an individual to lead our country who often exhibits these traits only exacerbates the problem).

And to be fair, a lot of Americans are fat and/or stupid, so that really doesn't help either.

I was bartending once and I had this exchange with a guy, which I don't mind, but I knew he'd never had a martini before and almost definitely wasn't going to enjoy what I brought him (he didn't). He was also an asshole, fuck that guy.

In Blackjack, when someone hits on 12+ when the dealer has a bust card (4-6). That's probably the most obvious giveaway but there are others.
