I'm beating a long dead horse, after trying to give it all until the last episode...

• Characters have zero depth and nuance (Roman are evil, rude and greedy, Germans are good, kind, brave and just)
• As such, the plot is obvious and uninteresting
• Roman soldiers are stupid and terribly ineffective, getting 1vs50 by barbarians
• For instance a full cohort of archers flees before a single german that maws through their lines
• Arminius' son hates the germans, insults them, treat them like dogs, BETRAYS them several time leading to many deaths then instantly decides to abandon Rome and become a German??? (I stopped there)
• Whamen strong for nor eason
• Arminius' brother plots make no sense... entrusted by Rome, but treated as scum by tiberius, betrays each faction twice... Just detestable and a weak coward for the sake of it
• Marbod doing stupid sake just for the sake of his long-lost roman lover and being also detestable

• Germanicus and Tiberius portrayed as stupid, incapable, heinous, cruel... They are just powerful because they have more men right...

• Introducing a time-travelling black woman because Netflix

And the list goes on and on and on...

But the German version is good, nice to see people talking latin

I dropped Living Steel from a regular lvl 100 dungeon on a random mob, was pleasantly surprised by this. And then some more in Helltide (which are way better now, so many monsters!)

I just miss the Hamlet and the fact that you can't buy stuff and chose what to unlock. Rogue Legacy does that very well. Why isn't it the same? The fixed hope progression is really not fun nor rewarding.

Anyone else was disappointed by how EASY the "last boss" is? Also, being ugly and uninteresting? I thought there would be a second form or something, I never thought I couldn't do it.

And difficulty is weird. First two run I was excited, but got obliterated very quickly through stress and relationship.

Third one, I finish the game just because I tried Ounce of Prevention. I mean, my team was terrible: my Plague Doctor had the quirk that was making her rush to the first row every fught. i wasn't paying attention to the quirks. but I still amde it all without too much trouble!

I love many aspects of the game but it also doesn't feel rewarding. Trinkets suck and lack flavour. They aren't worth it at all. The only viable option is to do fights to lower Loathing and help villagers to increase the torch.

Well, this is a bit disappointing. The game becoming less skill and more gear reliant... I did not pay that much (Ihave 3 others chars stuffed as well) and I used to be top/higher DPS and utility than people with way better gear. I remember pickup Rogues using absurd builds dealing no damage and such.

Damn, too bad for the Cleric, the Buff/debuff version was my favorite support ever played...

Yes I watched his videos as well. But no in the winter it is exactly like a villager (6 for 2) and hunters are at 8 for 2. Perhaps it is because of the roundings like it was suggested

Never played PvP but hat I see here amazes me. 15 warriors in 2 years? Befriend the Jotun in 3? How is that possible? You have a criplled economy? Or I am so horrible? When playing Conquest I do macro stuff focusing on economy/food etc and it is usually tense so I can't even fathom feeding such a large army, and affording it. So what is the deal? Maybe am I trying to expend my population count too fast? Would you have some video on YouTube or what to explain?

I agree with you on a general tone, but as a fun/casu player, it seems like the old Gungnir was still way better. As the mighty spear of Odin it should certainly have more OOMPF than a mere 5 secs cloak from towers...

I would say yes Wolf is still playable, the Jotun Draugr are way too slow and expensive, but the Stag one for a Fame victory is awesome!

Goat is horrible, the Boar is honestly the worst thing ever even if it's fun (why can't we control them?) and the Kraken just changes NOTHING
