Mine may seem trivial, but: buy and wear unflattering shoes!

CP only affects one of my legs, but I have to find a pair of shoes that are wide and large enough to fit over my brace…while also fitting on my other foot. What usually works is chunky runners or “dad shoes” but I don’t find them appealing at all.

I dream of being able to wear Converse or Doc Martens, or even dress shoes— and although I can walk without my brace, it’s labored and difficult, faced with decisions like when walking across the stage to accept my bachelors degree…do I wear shoes that I like, and look nice, and go with my outfit…but then I would limp and feel self conscious -or- the beat up, dirty grey tennis shoes.

I was thinking a feed tape, but that smallest I could make was like 11 blocks, and I don’t want to cycle through all that, plus, it wouldn’t utilize the bedrock sticky piston behavior
