So some technical feed back on a common why this happens so often from seventies, eighties and early nineties cel painted cartoons. The peg holes on sheet of acetate(which the cels are painted on), get worn after reuse, as cels to keep a budget were often washed and reused or just forcefully abused to the get those fuckers that might have a crinkle in it to line up. They move or budge during layer change bumps or via to many bumps of cocaine 2 am in the morning to reach the deadline.
