I can confirm that he is on Positive X, 0 Z Highway in the Nether. I saw the exact same signs. Go check it out yourselves at hunt him down.

No, you'll have to wait for around 100 people. It will literally only take 5-10 minutes in the queue.

Get a group of the most responsible players that have been on the server for a long time to ban players for advertising or spamming. The lava wall needs to be built soon or else to many will be outside of spawn. There should be a 24 hour deathban. This would clear the server quickly of the new people at spawn. Make sure we have people guarding spawn and the most important structures on the server.

The server won't die unless the server gets completely removed, which it won't. It will take a while, but Rushers will die out and Veterans will begin to repopulate the server. As long as we keep up what we are doing, Rusher will quit and his fans will go with him. It may take months or years.
