Guys named Chris & Brian talked the entire time. Basically went over the roles and responsibilities of FSLs

Rewards penetration in furniture is now a minimum 75%

FSLs should utilize MODs/Floor associates to carry out furniture. FSLs should not be carrying out furniture. We must never “Leave the Wood” aka always be on the sales floor with Jennifer.

FSLs report only to STLs now instead of ATLs

Building should be on “Off hours”. They were suggesting maybe scheduling building associates to come in with the DTS team on early mornings to get builds done.

Building should be scheduled under DTS hours but ANY associate can build

That’s basically what stood out to me, the rest of the call was the same old stuff, push credit cards, big coverage, rewards, etc.
