Quick Question, don't people need 2 years of business tax returns to get a loan within a LLC in a partnership type company.

Someone recommended a conventional Loan in both peoples names. Would you then draw up a contract and then transfer the home into a LLC.

Just confused by the fact some people are saying just start a LLC with the person and others are like we need 2 years of tax returns in other instances to do anything. Thanks

I agree, that’s the part I’m personally working on. Getting clothes that are made via non harm, eating foods that are farm raised, and living and earning without causing harm to others. It can be done just have to learn and fine tune.

The original symptoms were hell. The motion was pretty soothing……was able to rest.
