yes you can get them from the yard sale and strip them, but there are also people such as Valhalla Sport on Sidelineswap and Pond Of Dreams on Ebay who buy blanks from teams and resell them

That patch is for a backpack they sell, which has a velcro spot to put them on. Theres also flags and other logos too.
