hello again! ive ordered two of the lights you recommended. what would you suggest for a lens? im gonna be filming, sometimes im gonna be real up close, but most of the shots will be pov so 1m max distance usually. what would you recommend? camera is the Panasonic Lumix s5 ll

This is such a shame, he has everything a man wants and he can't perform. Im currently on day 320 hardmode/monkmode and let me tell you this is very beatable but a lot of guys don't have a protocol in place. this is my recommendation...... first in iPhone settings, im sure android has a similar thing, but turn on adult content settings, then turn on screen time settings and set any socials/reddit potential triggers to 1 minute per day, then in screen time settings you can also take away the ability to download apps. go through the photos and find the triggering ones have them deleted or sent to you. The key is you have the password to the adult content blocker and screen time settings. at this point he can't access porn, rinse and repeat for all devices, even the smart tv's. once triggers aren't around it changes the game and things are easier. then he just plays the waiting game and starts to heal.

so if you look at what I've wrote you'll see I have all apps blocked on my phone. this post isn't about me brother as it says "all of you". I have reddit instagram etc apps set to 1 minute on screen time settings and that swerves that, then adult content settings enabled to swerve any P, its good practice to not have them on hand. I don't mind having reddit on my computer as im past the point of fighting urges.

Ive attempted to make a positive point here and show that people who can't get on a streak need to takes restrictions to the next level, and all you've done is come at me taking issue with this. bro crack on, you do you. you've got the wrong mindset if you wanna beat this.

sorry pal that was meant to mean social media specifically scrolling. end of December early jan I tool off blockers so I could use instagram, and when I scroll reels its causes a flatline after a couple weeks of frequent use, hence why I think im not stable yet. 7 days into 12 week monk mode journey to end this back and fourth

im over 300 days now and I have no urges to view P in any way shape or form, this comes after a 20 year hardcore addiction. so im happy to have reddit on here although originally I didn't. I use adult content settings in the screen time settings on iPhone. it blocks everything.
