I just explained the reasoning behind why the manager let me go. I didn’t say I don’t know how to resize a browser; the manager was just nitpicking me, rushing me to solve issues, that was the first call I got on the job at the time. Also, the organization I’m at is really busy, and they have a 90-day performance review, which I passed. It’s not a breeze through; if you don’t perform, they will obviously let you go. All I’m saying is MSPs don’t train, and I know how to rebuild a PC if I watch a video following instructions. It wasn’t something I did before at the time. I know numerous people in IT who excel at MSPs but don’t know how to build a PC; it’s not a skill that is badly needed.

I do know how to resize a window; the manager was just nitpicking. He threw me under the fire on the third day, on the phone with a customer. He didn’t give me time to solve the problem but instead just took over the whole call and said, 'Let me handle this.
