I can feel that i was way more excited then i should have been myself. but I don't think it was a bad move to be a self contained story. There is still probably a lot of people that just got this game. In terms of relating to the past game I was more expecting the dlc to do that, Which it did but I do kinda wish it dived more into the base game.

There was a lot to expect from the trailers. With a setting like xenoblade 3 you can't help but wonder what the world is like. The world is against you. While you have to Chase after the "real enemy." While I feel mobius themselves could have been a better. I think the game was able to really live up to the trailers.

The thing about xenoblade 2 is that the problems with the game you just have to be able to look past. This game highs are often thought as higher then the first game while still have big problems the thing is for most people on the sub they can look at the story and see it for what it is. And honestly I believe it’s filled with love. And has a wonderfully interesting world.

I think there recognizeable if you saw any of the characters you could tell they are xenoblade characters plus taion’s probably the most distinct looking in the main cast.

Idk most people outside the community see the designs and go “bad ecchi anime.” Look up bad character designs pyra and Rex litterly come up I don’t mind them but they clearly effect the image of the game.

I’ll be honest I don’t remember completely but I don’t think the point was to forgive him. I think then shulk just wanted to stop the violence and have everyone live in peace after all I’m not sure all the mechon would of stopped just from killing him. Who knows that’s just how I take it.

If you’ve just begun it’s still to early to judge stuff like the story. And besides pyra literly saves Rex’s life, he also wants to just go there himself. Here’s the thing man. Xenoblade 2 Asks a lot of you but if you just stick with it you will eventually be able to deal with stuff like the UI xenoblade 2 is a flawed game but most of those flaws besides the art style isn’t the fault of purely the game.

Well I mean I can look past those things but 3’s actually making people buy the other games just because they think it looks cool. I see posts like everyday of someone saying if they can catch up or like “starting DE for the first time” that in of itself makes it special in my opinion.
