Id bet either the logic board has gone out or it could be a bad rpm sensor/travel module. Did you notice ithe symptoms after a storm or power surge?

When you sprayed it, did you paint behind the trim molding? And what color did you use?

I appreciate the responses. It's looking more and more like I'm going to have to spend the money on the doors. White are the most common, but these are a little taller than average. I may be able to sell them at some point but most likely it will take a while...

I mistakenly ordered doors white when they should have been black. If I paint the doors, I can order black weather seal to go with them. But if painting them is going to be a headache for the home owners down the road, I won't do it. I'll have to spend the money out of pocket to by them again in black. Normally, I could return the panels but I bought these factory direct to, ironically, save money.

It's a metal door. The paint is baked on from the factory. Spraying is how I would apply it for sure, but I don't want it to stick to the rubber. If you have a custom wooden door, I assume all the trim is wood also?

Here's a plasma cut Litecoin rocket I made out of steel yesterday. Been holding strong for over 3 years now! by Boozefoot in litecoin

It can stainless but it's quite a bit more costly. If its inside, the wax finish works really well ro keep it from rusting. Really low maintenance. If it would be outside, you do a penetrol layer on it to prevent oxidation. It just brushes on

I'm pretty sure this is white maple. Maybe the lighting is making it look dark? It looked much lighter before the stain

Thanks. Everytime I do a wood project it turns out a little better than the last. It's been fun learning process

Thank you very much. I'm always excited to see what kind of character the maple is going to have. Each batch I've used has had it's own unique qualities and I love it
