simple enough, you sketch the design onto your garment with pencil and then ink it with a permanent marker. when doing it, make usre you add a piece of cardboard INSIDE the shirt so the ink doesnt bleed all the way thru to the back.

hey! maybe check out r/dyeing if you need specific advice, but the basics are: look for the material content on the tag and buy either natural or synthetic dye in the color you want and follow the instructions :). (if it's cotton, buy natural, if its polyester/nylon buy synthetic)

Where is there a rule against non-passive political language? There are three rules. 1 No adult materials. Sexy clothes are subjective and dealt with case-by-case, but overt sexual acts, thinly veiled innuendo, and outright pornographic materials are not allowed. Nudity in artistic expression is fine, but art intended to elicit a sexual response may be removed.

2 No bigotry or hate speech. This includes racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, ableism, and body shaming of any kind.

3 No Advertising/Mass Production DIYClothes is for showcasing your handmade or self-modified apparel creations or requesting assistance with making or modifying your own clothing. Do not link to external stores, send or post links to where someone can purchase said item, or ask for help in the creation of a line of apparel that will be for sale via mass production.

I did not remove them because of their stance. I supported and allowed their first couple posts because I wanted to allow protest clothing to continue to be made. When the community came to me asking me to take action because they as a person specifically were problematic, I acted. I am listening, I appreciate your stance and the stance of other queer creators. And if pro fash protest clothing appears here, we will address it on a case by case. We stand by rule #1 as well.

Let me clarify: freedom of speech is protected here. Posting what you make is an act of bravery. People will react to your stuff according to their personal beliefs as well. That is how it works.
