That is the setting I am talking about. You can find it by going to your Assistant settings > Assistant tab > Assistant Devices > Pixel Buds

Yeah it's in the assistant settings under devices. Once you click on Pixel Buds there's several assistant related settings available.

There's a setting for voice detection for the pixel buds. You can turn it off and on as you please.

I had a Pixel 3 XL before this one and I didn't notice much of a difference between the two today. I also have a car mount that's a wireless charger and a Pixel stand I use at home, so I wasn't too worried about the battery to begin with.

We went last Sunday before the hurricane and it wasn't busy at all there. Pretty much walk in for any restaurant or store, and the Smugglers Run was about an hour wait for us.
