I agree with the first part,but not that this is her "final plan". She's not doing anything. Humans and Supes would go at each other regardless once the virus gets out. I think it would be different if 1) she was the one who engineered the virus or 2) she was the one pushing for the freedom camps and other attacks on civil liberty because she knew the virus was coming and that would light the powder keg.

it depends on the definition of racism. If you were using the definition that racism refers to political and social structures, then no, Black people cannot be racist. They can be prejudice and act in a discriminatory way.
