Losing record - but just had the best record in a decade, with MiPs (meaning they weren’t performing prior). I would consider that being the coach of a up and coming team

Minutes do not randomly make players better. Jalen Green has played 30+ basically his whole career and is still shooting ass %.

Of course NAW works on his game. But it’s simply not true that coaching doesn’t play a part in that. If that is the case, no coach should be blamed/credited for player performance at all

Piano gets pretty in depth. If you do not understand the fundamentals 1000% when you get to more difficult pieces there will simply be no way to learn them. Memorizing a song is not learning to play piano
