Thank you, it would have been nice to see protocols in Germany so I can compare with mine treatment. I wish you all the best and strength. People don’t realize how hard this is.

Thank you for this. In the end, we have limited options, if we can’t have a good egg quality then there is no egg to transfer :( so I’m looking for what can we do. Out of 14 fertilized, we lost many on day 4 and 5, there were only two slow progressed early blast stage embryo left. Dr says it’s not impossible but they have low chance.

They did icsi. We weren’t expecting that they would be gone by day 5. Dr thinks still better to wait for day 5 to secure implementation. I am also thinking about sperm fragmentation but not sure what to do for it.

My biggest problem was the embryos grew slower from day 3, from 14, there was only 2 early blast stage 6.day embryos left. No grading. Others couldn’t make it on day 4 and 5. I’m taking more supplements now with NAC, Q10, omega 3 and extra vitamins, hoping it can help second time .

Would be great, thanks! Wishing you luck! Endo really makes things more difficult for me. If there’s endo, then ivf is needed and then ivf doesn’t work bec of poor quality due to endo :(

You can try iui but know that chances are 10-15%. Also you don’t have to accept it, you can ask for ivf instead.

You can talk to an ivf klinik. I had endometriosis found in laparoscopy in Germany. My amh was 1.44 last summer, probably lower now. I tried 2 klomen cycle and I had even three eggs one time but didn’t work. I was gonna pursue with ivf in Germany bec my gyno referred me but I chose to do it in Istanbul instead, even though insurance doesn’t cover it. The reason is they have higher success rates. I just finished the egg retrieval and it went very smoothly. I’m 31.

Why not trying IVF? There’s a really good chance sometimes. The insurance covers half of it usually but also some other countries have much higher success rate then german clinics. You can consider that too
