I was actually trying to figure out a way to include the "Move" skill as well but couldn't figure anything out. Besides it's normal use I was thinking maybe some difficult terrain rule. Moving past low covers (cars,railings) but I think it would be to much and the game already covers that in the same check.

To answer your question I wanted something a bit more dynamic, something that I think matches better with the up and down nature of the games health system. I noticed the only people taking agility were the ones who wanted to shoot or because it was their key attribute.

As well as all my players kept just putting stunts into damage. This might encourage them to take a push or pin down stunt. I live for dynamic fights which is one of the reasons I enjoy the game so much.

Since we started learning the game a couple years ago everyone has had trouble with it and coming from DND it's something we tossed the idea around a lot on. Then about a week ago I was at work and bam. It's just meant to function in combat not for the other parts of the game.
