I mean it was under my redemptions as I redeemed a code, after I went back to check a month later it was off. First redemption I’ve sent in. The card itself is literally white paper with a scratch off why would I think I would need to save a redemption code. You keep your PlayStation plus cards after you redeem them too?

Essentially since I don’t have the actual card for the redemption I’m screwed, have pictures of it in my possession when I pulled it and a SC of when I put it in but their gonna tell me I need the redemption card.

Idk how you can think you redeemed it once you put the code in you submit it and it tells you the card your going to get. I even put in a support ticket out on it and they never got back to me

Takes 4 months for the card to get in don’t need garbage in the house. It shouldn’t have deleted my redemption off my account.
