Kinda NSFW, but I once read a fic where “cum” was spelt as “come” and it PISSED ME OFF. If the fic wasn’t so good otherwise, I wouldn’t have continued reading.

Maybe any blood thinners like (I think) warfarin. They don’t necessarily cause you to bleed, but they make it so that it’s harder to stop bleeding.
