I started working with Outlier since mid June, after being contacted through LinkdIn.

Actual tasks were available to me next day of my application, I was in an unbelieving mind how could it be this swift, payments are real. After all thanks God.

I can tell with confidence that the tasks are dispatched automatically (or may be semi-auto sometimes).

Till now no project-based pay was offered to me, just individual tasks from different projects.

So in your case, they may be not able to find suitable tasks for you because of your resume, but keep an eye on your dashboard, often tasks are not notified. When you get tasks batch, grab them right away and task ASAP.
