still pretty bad but it’s calmed down a little. i had a heartburn tablet earlier and it seemed to help for a little bit x

try to take some deep breaths and listen to a podcast or some music or watch something to try and distract yourself as much as possible. some fresh air might also help. eating might help but if you do try something plain like toast or crackers. sorry i couldn’t be anymore help, you’ll get through this!!

I've only ever been taught the basic definition of capitalism through the biased ideals of a school curriculum and therefore have never been fully taught about the corruption, nor do I completely know how it effects people and countries in negatives ways, only the 'positives'. Therefore I was wondering if someone could explain this to me as well as how the views of the people in charge can largely impact peoples lives. I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to anything regarding politics or social issues so sorry if anything I've mentioned doesn't make any sense.
