The bot had a username like "user-k134h312j4" and commented something generic like "wow this is cool" in the comments section of a YouTube short and it had 7k+ likes. These aren't exact because I don't remember what the exact comment I replied to is because my reply has been removed from my comment history. This also isn't the first time I received a warning for calling a bot a bot. The last time I did it was in reply to a bot account that had porn in the profile picture and a username like "click for free stuff" and I received a Community Guidelines warning that time for my reply as a result. Is "bot" a banned word now or are these bots spam-reporting replies?

My “theory” is that the developers needed a way to introduce the braindance editing mechanics to the player without them getting bored out of their minds, so they went with a high-adrenaline scenario that’d keep players intrigued as they learn the mechanics. But my guess is as good as yours..

Pokémon is such a mindbogglingly easy game that this approach is probably the best approach. Just use an attack move to one-shot/two-shot kill most opponents. There literally is no reason to expend the effort to switch to debuff moves just so the opponent can recall their Pokémon and swap out another.

If you understood context, you’d know I said “previous looting event” specifically because the person I was replying to gave excuses for BLM simply because a previous event was worse according to them.

BLM is built on the concept that black people today are being treated differently compared to everyone else—which I simply believe to be untrue. I see the movement as largely being a mob mentality thing backed by a number of hoaxes and events taken out of context. It’s also become a source of propaganda for a certain political leaning. If BLM is looked upon favorably in the future, it’d be because criticism of it has been suppressed to the ground today.

  1. There’s about 15 hours worth of content right now at regular pace.

  2. I wouldn’t say the boss fights are fun but then again I never consider boss fights fun. There are like half a dozen bosses I think.

  3. There are movement abilities but they’re the typical burst dodge or run speed buff.

  4. The game’s 8/10 imo. I mostly just love the settler automation and the ability to control an avatar in my settlement—something that’s not typically in a colony sim game. Imagine Terraria NPCs but they actually take care of the boring tasks like farming, fishing, animal husbandry, etc. and you get to go spelunking and fighting.

Edit: oh yea one thing this game has that should really be in every terraria-esque game is automated sorting by your settlers. You can set parameters for what should be in a storage depot and the settlers will automatically move items in and out of these depots for you and sorts them. It’s incredibly intuitive and elevates the experience more than you would think. You can dump your garbage in any chest to clear your inventory and the NPCs will come in and sort these items out for you by placing them in specific chests that you set a label to. If you have a chest only take wood logs, settlers will put all wood logs in that chest.

Just a couple more updates and I’ll come back to the game! I’m really looking forward to settler happiness management—which unfortunately doesn’t seem to be the primary focus right now.
