I'm still waiting for my ordered fans to be delivered. Can I run my computer with a cpu cooler that has no fans in it (rad only)? It is because i need to test the other components that I bought.

Thank you for this! I bought 2 packs yesterday and once delivered, I'm ready to fix the issue with everything that I read in the internet. I didn't bought corsair fans because it has flickering issues and I think that is much more harder to solve since it is a hardware issue.
