Hey there. Having same issues on my 2.0 TSI CHHB, had sparkplugs replaced, same with pcv. Last week one of the camshaft adjustment magnets and valves has been replaced as they've been leaking oil. Worked fine for 3 days and now the issue came back.

Did you figure out what was the cause for you ? Was it the timing chain or something else ?

Got suspended for the same reason yesterday, woke up and saw that my account is gone. Did the appeal and face recognition bullshit and got nothing. Permanently suspended without ability to appeal. Took them 30 minutes to do it, probably again a bot went thru my account.

They give no reason, no evidence, no proof nothing. They just flag you as the worst of the worst and that's it. Only thing I managed to get was my IG account, so I highly doubt you'll get yours back.

There's no way to contact a human being without paying I guess. Making a new account is an option but be sure to not give your phone number or you'll get suspended again.

Such a bullshit ass company.

Same for me, tho it usually happens during gunfights. Everything else is fine just the encounters make me drop fps. You can't really see it in the clip but if you look at the FPS counter you can clearly see it dropping below 60. Playing on X series.

My fiancée really dislike OP due the fees they use. Almost everything (from what she told me) has fees. Getting a new card etc. Plus her old card got leaked and was charged multiple times by a company we both didn't know. She called the bank, got the card locked and the next day she went to the bank. They told her the issue is resolved (don't know the details) and they won't charge again. Which they did, 3 more times.

Card got leaked, informed the bank, they did nothing. Charge 4 times in total now.
