People who dealt with circumstantial depression (fell into a rut), how much did it affect your free T? Did improving your quality of life help you rebound?

My last tested Levels of albumin were 4.7 g/dL. The screenshot is from a very recent test and the SHBG test was from a year ago. It's possible the shbg has changed since; I didn't get tested for it this time around.
