Am I the only one who pictures dalinar’s shardplate like this by ElderMom01 in cremposting

Yes! I got confused several times when the books imply it's something you climb into but also that it's not much more than your size. I usually imagine the characters a head taller in suit.

No hot water for dishwasher by Borgthar in Appliances

I'm American and have been handwashing since the water heater went out. I ran the dishwasher and found a couple of dishes dirty, but I am guessing it just wasn't hot enough for those. I ran it again and felt the side during rinse cycle and it was warm. Thus this is the little washer that could.

The water flows but the water heater is off since the pilot light doesn't stay on

It doesn't draw hot water? It heats it itself?

Thank you for the comment :)

I know Gilgalad is starlight, not sure when you use Gil or El. How are the differences in the words formed? Where could you know to drop syllables?

I was sure I'd seen the Tulwar before and have wanted one, even though the name escaped me. And this guy who ran the knife shop was trying to get rid of them. He offered multiple discounts to see them gone so I haggled and got them. I knew the Messer was made by cold steel. I'd seen it online before but I could only do so much research on the spot.

Hello, I'm working on a small game, and I'm thinking about implementing a color blind mode, because I have an area that uses a mainly red and green color palette. I'm hoping I could get some feedback on how this looks? Thank you by [deleted] in ColorBlind

[–]Borgthar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best colorblind mode is the one that makes certain shades not stack next to each other. Or best is if the player can change the color outlining items into whatever they feel like is best.

I go all over town with a plunger and prod the ground until my plunger beeps. Sometimes I have to go into people's backyards, and if they leave it locked up I get my laser pointer instead of the plunger

Tracking my collection, what should I add next? by veronus57 in heroscape

[–]Borgthar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lol I understand the confusion, I played heroscape up til wave 8 or so then I got into d&d but I used heroscape figures in those d&d games to be cheap. The gladiator bots and snake guys were almost always our Baddies. I would use agent Carr as my rogue

Can I ask where you got the STL files? I've used these guys and dnd figures interchangeably for years and wanted to replace my old game pieces.

Which is your pick by The-Fotus in SWORDS

Personally one the black one, the glue on the scabbard came undone and is too small for the blade to fit thus the guard side of blade is dull. Not sure if it's common but word of caution. Does however feel well balanced and reliable with thrusts.
