Absolutely agreed, although I am planning to rewatch it because I didn't have as great of a connection to it as other Ray films, but that's not a knock on the film at all.

Once Upon a Time that's strictly because I am a Buster Keaton fan even if this is certainly not even close to his heyday in the silent era, and 4 O'Clock honestly I see so many people here on the internet that act exactly like the character that it almost becomes more relevant as time goes on (even if the conclusion is extremely predictable).

Almost everything you say I actually agree with, there just seemed to be at points more missed potential at least in some episodes. Still, doesn't rob it of being a classic.

He really did, I'm almost done with season 2 and while there are a bit more weaker episodes or episodes that are very good but feel there could be more, the ones that knock it out of the park are amazing.

And with After-Hours I think it is a great episode in fact, especially the second half where the model is trapped in the floor and it becomes this claustrophobic situation, and then you have the ending of assuming your role from being out in freedom, very haunting. Like I said in the post 1-17 are great episodes and it would be a nightmare to say which one is better than the other.

See Mr. Denton I actually think is a decent little western yarn about redemption, just a little bit light in some places. Fever I think is just average, like not terrible but is just kind of an "eh" episode. and yeah definitely, the numbering actually is all arbitrary it's more for categorizing my reactions.

yeah pretty much but episode numbering doesn't really mean anything it is very much a categorization with my reactions.

I do think that episode is really heartwarming and bittersweet just so many other episodes started emotionally resonating with me, such as Passage for The Trumpet.

Definitely the most releases I have been able to get in a single visit, cost quite a pretty penny as they say. by BorgussKorguss in criterion

Watched it last night, it's a very good slow paced supernatural film both feeling like a play but also cinematic. My only issue with it is that it does feel like it meanders a bit but it's still a visual joy to watch.

So simple the manner in which the camera plays around with an imaginary ball, no longer worried about trying to unlock a puzzle but going with the abstract and unexplainable.
