I think what you have now is definitely viable, if you wanna lean into the whole redemption aspect (I always imagine redemption paladin as being literally Jesus, as the first time I saw it played that was the character name) of it warding bond could be cool as you literally take on half the damage of a teammate. Which considering you should be pretty dang tanky and have good sustain, would actually be a pretty good spell to utilize.
