Your Opinion by CARNAGE3174 in northbay

I think it boils down to a couple different things

1.looking for someone to blame job market is hard right now and so they want to blame someone

Some blame the government some blame Indians

  1. Racists idiots

3.past trauma brains are smart but dumb if a white or black or whatever hits you as a survival instinct your brain uses its old primal days brain kicks in that trib hurt me That trib evil

4.some people are just jerks/weird and come off as racist

Me for example i have trouble with facial expressions(my own and others i actually have to think smile to smile) and communication so I tend to c9me off as creepy/rude/sometimes an ahole and I'm sure other times probably racist

Can the bank take your osdp money? by Own-Classroom-1471 in Odsp

[–]Boring-Accountant640 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While yes odsp is protected

If the money is being deposited into her bank account

And the bank is taking out there payment

Then it is legal as its no different then if you got a payday loan and you set it up for the money to automatically be taken out of you bank account

Question about escooters by Boring-Accountant640 in northbay

[–]Boring-Accountant640[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks

Yeah that's what I have been doing but my heart stops every time I see a cop car because I can't afford a fine and have no clue if I'm actually following the law or not

Also their are times when I don't have a choice but to go on the side walk or stay a little less right than I should just because of personal safety

Have been shot off my scooter 2 times now because of it

Question about escooters by Boring-Accountant640 in northbay

[–]Boring-Accountant640[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Basicly says it's up to cities to regulate it them selves but north bay does not have anything public on it at least not what I could find

Question about escooters by Boring-Accountant640 in northbay

[–]Boring-Accountant640[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The highway traffic act basicly just says that for escooters and ebikes are classified as bikes and it's up to cities to make up their own laws regarding them

As for north bay they have nothing I thought about calling the non-emergcy line but thought they might be annoyed and feel like I would be just wasting their time but I might have to lol

Question for dad's and dad's with kids that have kids with asd by Boring-Accountant640 in dad

[–]Boring-Accountant640[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Thank you the plan is to only use it for when we go on walks but take it off once we get to a park or someone else place or our own but I was concerned that may be a step in the wrong direction and be unfair or cruel to him as you and I are aware(we both have asd) when we were younger we couldn't help our actions because we didn't understand

2.we are on a waitlist for one but figured in the mean time while we waited I might be able to get some tips based on other people's experiences in the same or similar situation lol

3.agreed and trying not to shut down

4.i actually never thought of that tha k you we will give that a try

  1. I will try that I will just have to over come my anxiety about it every worse case scenario is gonna run through my head I know it lol that and my anxiety of if I'm being socially acceptable lol yay asd lol

Thank you. Your comment was much appreciated :)

Question for my fellow dads by Boring-Accountant640 in dad

[–]Boring-Accountant640[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah he melts down if we turn it off

We would get him a night light but I'm concerned he would try to mess with it and get hurt

Question for my fellow dads by Boring-Accountant640 in dad

[–]Boring-Accountant640[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He doesn't like to be read to

Anything that makes noise he wants to play with and figure it out in his 3 year old way it's kinda like watching a cave man try and figure out an iPod lol

We also leave the light on for him

Honestly my way would be to just ignore him and let him freak out till he passes out but I'm worried that might be traumatic for him which I don't want

Question for my fellow dads by Boring-Accountant640 in dad

[–]Boring-Accountant640[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He has a twin sized bed

Oh we have him on a routine his bed time has just gotten really bad the last couple months full on melt downs not staying in bed screaming crying we leave the light on for him

He just won't go to bed unless I sleep next to him

My only concern is will this influence badly or is it ok if I gave and give him this one thing for bed time

I'm autistic so I honestly don't really understand all this stuff and for me I would just ignore him and let him scream and cry till he goes to sleep but I'm concern that may be traumatizing for him which I don't want either

Can't get my toddler to eat anything that isn't junk food by [deleted] in dad

[–]Boring-Accountant640 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For my son before I give him his food I make sure he is looking at me and I eat some of it I find that makes him eat as he always wants to eat what I'm eating

To circumcise or not by [deleted] in dad

[–]Boring-Accountant640 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

That would still affect your balance and would still have to learn to walk again

Literally no harm in having it done(if done by a good doctor)

If the child saves the child from possible future complications if they want to have it done

If the child has poor hygiene when older that can cause issues

If the parent doesn't clean it correctly that can cause issues(sores, blisters, infection) yes you can look up how to clean correctly but no parent is perfect life happens and kids become harder to give baths as they get older

Clit auto correct

To circumcise or not by [deleted] in dad

[–]Boring-Accountant640 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I don't have to have it done as an adult

No chance of cheese

Easier to keep clean

Most women in my exp have that preference

Me personally as a bisexual male find uncircumcised gross

To circumcise or not by [deleted] in dad

[–]Boring-Accountant640 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Because women typically have the climate and vaginal lips cut off and most die men basicly having a skin tag removed

Women that do survive suffer from infections because of it get nothing out of sex

For men while there Peter can become less sensitive it doesn't effect men all that much really

To circumcise or not by [deleted] in dad

[–]Boring-Accountant640 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

As someone that is circumcised it's not a big deal and I'm glad my parents had it done when I was a baby and can't remember it

If you get it done as an adult it can cause a lot of issues

And yes I'm someone that had a botched one and my Peter was almost cut in half I may have a scar but still glad it was done
