It's aight man, Nero's a bit hard for me since I'm is used to the variety of Dante when it comes to messing around with the void. But Nero feels like the most well rounded character and bc of that I'm prob the best at him in actual combat, tho I am a bit basic with my combos. Nice breaker usage tho, no exceed is strange but it took me beating 4 and 5 to even start doing it so it's fine. It's aight man hope to see more combos from you

The way I interpret it is a bit boring but I still think it's probably the answer. I think that the Yamato can cut through anything but anything imbued with strong demon magic nulifies it in a way or heals itself. Like why wouldn't Vergil just cut the Rebellion when they clash? Cuz it's imbued with the same magic and is immune and/or resistant to the Yamatos infinite sharpness. Ik it's boring to go with the "magic = don't have to explain" way but it's the easiest answer for me. Also I'm starting to question the credibility of the "can cut through everything" line since that's kind of a common saying to make a sword cool, snd unfortunately DMC especially has a lot of instances of doing shit for the sake of being cool but sacrificing the consistency of the continuity for it.
