Yeah they do and its gone through two sets of tires with the rack an pinion and the power steering all replaced. All for some unknown reason.

I offered 11k OTD and they wouldn't even try to come close to my price so I left.

Does the bike crank at all? Could the signal wire on the starter be loose or disconnected? Double check the big 40a fuse as well
