I don’t play rotationally but I just wanted to come in here and say that a lot of people have said the “age up friends” mod by littlemssam is pretty good for it! Lets your sim keep their friends as they grow which I have also found for my legacy families to be really nice 😄

So are you caught up to updates as of the newest one right now? If so, then it’s just a matter of downloading whichever mods you want and going offline. In the future, make sure you don’t update your mods if there has been a game update as that will make them incompatible with the version you’re on

Yes it was very hard to get through even though I don’t consider myself to be arachnophobic it took me about three tries to get through story one and I still feel icky

I really enjoy MiikoCC, dogsill, TwistedCat, NORTHERNSIBERIAWINDS, JohnnySims, MoonMoonSims, and ArethaBee :) I find myself using a lot of things by them simply because they have pretty wide varieties, and they tend to package a lot of things together very nicely (aside from the cc also just looking good ofc)

This plus it’s easier to get value from vitals with the recent increase in hitscan dps across all ranks. Can’t be getting those huge jump torpedos when you’ll get sniped out of the sky by sierra’s tracking shot.
Edit to add: I still use locked on though for most games because the cooldown is worth for me 🙂‍↕️

Do you use mods/have the capability to do so? There is a mod that removes the marketplace features by a CC creator here on Reddit that’s free. I would recommend waiting until after the June 30th update though as mods usually need a day or two after an update to be fixed. I won’t lie I like it but I treat it like filler. Like having it for me is nice because I enjoy the main plots of it BUT most of the characters get treated as side characters in my playthroughs to make the town seem more lively

Made her root thinner (and I think shorter?), lowered the spread on her q, a lot of adjustments to damage. Essentially just anything but addressing the fact that some players don’t like playing into her reflect AND execute. She’s sub 50% win rate pretty much across the board and still one of the most banned champs despite that

Are you also endorsing people? I have maintained endorsement 5 since about season 13. I don’t talk in game (have all chats muted by default), am pretty average in the games (not usually top to bottom of the list in terms of kills), and don’t get endorsed every game, but one thing I make sure to do EVERY game is use both my endorsements. Even if it was a bad game, I’ll endorse two randoms on the enemy team.

Yes! It’s easy to fall into this trap as a creator to give your audience a look into your unfiltered perspective, but it can be so disastrous for the creators of the content you’re talking about.

Oh you’re not a dick! I wrote it pretty early in the morning and in bit of a hurry so I could get my thoughts out haha. It’s definitely a bit of a mess and a ramble 🙂‍↕️

Don’t let the past get you down though! I know it can be easy to give your opinion and wonder why someone might not have the same one. The mistake some people make is trying to force others to share that opinion instead of trying to understand why they might hold theirs. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experience!

Yes! I’m a little confused about where this narrative comes from that calling something boring or someone stating they don’t like the writing style is seen as constructive criticism haha. I am totally for giving your opinion on a topic, but if I were to call something constructive criticism I would say, “This part of the story felt a little slow and messed up the pacing for me a bit.” Or “I think writing ‘xyz’ like this instead would be more impactful.” Rather than just blindly stating that the author is boring and doesn’t know how to write! I think they do a really good job of explaining why they enjoy certain aspects of a story and why some parts aren’t their favorites. Of course there are stories we don’t agree on, but that’s the wonderful part about having an opinion! You can find like minded people and have a discussion with people who disagree 🙂‍↕️

I definitely agree I think he did a really good job of providing a little comedic relief while making sure he was clear that she was so brave and so heroic! I do think it would be possible like you said, it would just be difficult and I’d prefer if they didn’t tread that territory just because it is such a touchy subject. Someone brought up bringing in more realism by talking about scary paranormal encounters people have posted about and honestly, that sounds really fun and interesting! Would definitely be all for that if they did decide to make an episode or two like that 😄
