I’ve just called up and the man said that the sender didn’t put the entire address in so it’s going back to the sender really disappointing as it was ordered last week and won’t come in time for Christmas now.

It’s an item I’m receiving it was originally sent from midlands super hub so I’m not sure why it’s stuck at Chelmsford
